Not sure what to say?

Jack Denison was a great baseball player and all-around athlete. He had many friends from his days in the Kansas-Oklahoma-Missouri League and will be greatly missed. His accomplishments in that league were phenomenal when compared to another young man who played there also, Mickey Mantle. Jack's batting average was some 50 points greater than a man who made it to the Hall of Fame.

Cousin Jack was my hero when he stayed with my family while playing for the Ponca City Dodgers. I have wonderful memories of him and I'm sorry I didn't keep in touch with him in the years that followed.

I was a student of Mr. D in 66-67. He was not only an outstanding teacher and coach, but also was a friend. He was always there for you both in the classroom and on any sports field. It has been a lot of years, but I still have very fond memories of Mr. D. My thoughts are with his family.

Jack Denison will be greatly missed by so many people he has touched over the years. My heart and special thoughts go out to his immediate family - Fran, Todd, Kirk and Kerry in their time of loss.
I spent many days at Jack's house as a teenager and always felt it was like my second home. Both he and Fran welcomed all into their home...and refrigerator. Jack seldom relinquished his coach's hat, either on the field or at home. He seemed to always have a knack for sharing tips on ways to...

To the family of MR.D sorry for your loss, what a great man he was and will always be. I am happy to say that he was the best coach and friend a young man could have growing up. Until we meet again keep the basketball court open.

I am Michael Campbell's sister, Maureen. I did years of volunteer clown work and was visting Cambria when I went into Mr. Denison's shop. He took one look at me and said "aren't you a Campbell kid?" I purchased a 3'x4' picture of a clown walking a tightrope which I still have today. He made a lasting impression on our family, I just received an email from my other brother Kevin saying what a fine man he was. Our very best to his family, he touched many hearts.

I only got to know Mr.D for two very short years at Standard.Mr. Jack Dennison was an awesome individual, and i know he will be missed by many.Thank you for all you did for me and many, many others.
