Dr Drimmer was my family physician for my entire childhood and was the absolute best. Impeccable bedside manner. My grandmother lived directly across the street in Ravenswood and I lived in Woodside Houses and he always made house calls. For a good deal of time I wanted to be a doctor because of this man Best doctor ever. I do miss him as does my family. We speak of him often and in the highest regard. Rest In Peace Dr Jack Drimmer. After 60 years his name popped up in my mind. As I child he was my doctor and I remember his kindness and compassion. I think I went to public school with one of his daughters. His neshama should have an Aliyah!
