Jack and Betty came to live in Washington Park about the same time as Rosie and me. Jack and I worked on neighborhood tasks like landscape and cleanup of the entry way. Jack went further than any one else in the community by repeatedly working alone in this effort. He was the perfect neighbor by helping any one in need.
