Dear Terri,
It's been a long time. And I am very sorry I didn't think to look here sooner. I think of Jack daily, how can I not. Jack gave me something so large I can only hold it in my values, I miss him dearly, I wish he was my brother. I hope you and the girls are well !!

Dear Teri, Rissa, Lyndsie and Amy. It was so nice that you all gave Jack so much time and love during his final months. That I know made him realize that he did a great job at being a husband and dad. You are a wonderful family
