Not sure what to say?

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Although I didn´t know Jack well but he was always found something to talk to me about. Please know he´s in a good place now without pain.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. Judi and family I am so sorry for your loss you are in my thoughts and prayers

Although I did not know Jack, I knew of him. I was Coach Pete Palmer's lead off hitter in 1977 and often talked with Coach about the history of Ann Arbor High and Pioneer Baseball. I asked Coach Palmer " Who was the greatest hitter you've ever saw" ? and His reply was "Ted Williams " and i asked him " Who was the greatest Hitter That ever played for you ?" " Jack Erwin "! Rest in peace my Ann Arbor Brother.

I knew Jack as far back as when his brother Mike and I were in high school. We then both played on Jim Morrison's many rec basketball and fast pitch softball teams. Great guy to be around. Condolences to Judi and Mike and family.

Rest in peace Jack Don Eschelbach

Condolenscences.

Judi, Sharron and I are sorry for your loss. Jack was a super guy and a delight to have known.

I am so sorry Judi. As you know Jack was one of my dearest and closest friends. Over the years on my yearly visits back to Michigan Jack and I always got together for a beer or three. During the remainder of the year we stayed in contact regularly by phone. My life will seem lonelier without Jack as he was my hero and confidant. I love you Jack and hope that we can reunite one day and B.S. about the Wolverines.

Jack was an all star fast pitch softball player and played many games against my dad's teams. I've spoken to him several times about the glory days of fast pitch softball in Ann Arbor when he played. A wonderful man and our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.
