It's hard to summarize someones life with only a few short words however in Jack's life it would be, "Always willing to help where he could". I met "Mr. Ewing" in my high school years growing up with his children. My first impression of him was, "He is a true "Marine"! Later in life I got to know him as "Jack" and he was ALWAYS ready to listen and help wherever he could. His words of advice and encouragement are displayed in my life today and I can remember those precious times he spoke from the heart of wins and challenges in his life and how to overcome them. I'm thankful he was in my life and he will be greatly missed. I will definitely see you again so this is not goodbye, just see you later.

Really good man that I met at Asbury in a Bible Study Class a number of years ago. He was smart, dedicated to faith, a good husband and became my good friend. I haven't seen Jack in several years due to my health but have thought about him often. His trials and tribulations are over and now he can go rest upon the mountain. He will be truly missed.

I will always remember your smile and your laugh! As a forever childhood friend of your daughter Kelli I spent a lot of time in your home when we were little and you always made me feel welcome. You were a wonderful man and I know will be missed by many. Sending love and prayers to the family.

Oh, our friend Jack was a true prayer warrior. The treasured prayers he offered up... we knew the blessings would come down. He was always there for us.
He was faithful to Asbury UMC and the members. He spoke fondly of his Texas, the trees, the bluebonnets and last, but not least....his adorable and devoted love, his Rosilee! They has a special love.
He treasured his moments with her.
Jack thanked our Lord on a daily basis by giving back to people what God put him here for, to administer love and prayers to those in need and they were blessed by his presence.
Jack will be missed by those who knew him and knew what kind of heart he had. Jack is resting in the arms of our savior.
May our brother Rest In Peace!
Heaven beamed when he entered the The gates! Well done my faithful son. Big hug to the family. All our love to Rosalie!
