Sincere condolences to the family of our dear friend Jack Falsone. Dr Falsone was our volunteer medical director at the Bob Macauley Americares Free Clinic for 20 years. His skill, kindness, good humor, and love of our mission made every day he shared with us brighter. We miss him greatly.

I worked with Dr Falsone at Norwalk Hospital for over 20years .I can remember when he would come to the pharmacy to question a certain drug.He was always very nice and had a wonderful Bedside manner.RIP Dr.Falsone.
