Jack E. Feathers

Hard to say good bye to another FUMA great! He was such a tremendous role model. I will never forget the summer my parents added an addition to our home in Dixie and Jack did all the block for the basement and brick work. He showed me how to mix mortar and I got to carry blocks for him to install. What a fun couple weeks looking back getting to help him. What an amazing family I have so many great memories growing up with them.

In my 8th grade year at FUMA Capt. Feathers was my math teacher. He made math an enjoyable subject, always had a warm smile, and cared about each cadet. After graduation and for many years afterward, I enjoyed seeing and talking to him at FUMA´s Alumni Weekend. I shall miss him and I extend to his family my sincerest condolences. Dennis McKay

I have known Jack fo many years and worked with him at Fork Union Military Academy. I want the family to know I have them in my prayers at this time.

Jack, Donna and Feathers family were like part of my family. Jack taught me EMT, drove the squad if I needed a driver, worked with my husband in the pool business and he will be missed. What a day of rejoicing it must have been for all those who had gone before. Make room for me. Love!
