Not sure what to say?

Such a cool man, I miss talking to him and everytime I see his picture I always am reminded of the wonderful conversations we used to have.

Never will I forget Mr Jack

It is still such a blessing to see Mr Jacks face even if it is in a picture. Sweetest guy ever. Someone you will not forget. He was a great neighbor.

I am sorry to read Jack passed away. He will be remembered in our family. My dad Johan (16 then) helped him escape in January 1945 when he parachuted from his plane.

Sorry for your loss. Jack was a dear friend to Hal and me. He kept Hal entertained during his time of need. He was a good neighbor.

Love,
Brenda Hurdt (formerly Mrs. Hal Edwards)

A thoughtful neighbor and good friends
(Jack & his sweet wife, Florence) were
the ideal American couple always there
if you needed them in any way.
Jack will be missed. My condolences to
his family. Revella Norman, the Villages, FL.

Thanks for your friendship with my uncle, Cotton Barnes. All the years calling football together and your help in later years meant a lot to him. War Eagle!

I had the pleasure of calling football with Jack for several years. He was obviously an asset to his country. He was a big man with an open heart and I appreciated him more than one could know. I often think of Jack and am sorry I lost track of him. He helped me immensely while I was learning to officiate. I enjoyed his dry wit. Jack personified what a man was intended to be. He was a prince of a person and will be sorely missed.
