Dearest Tom,
I am so very sorry for the loss of your best friend, love and companion. What a great and funny guy Jack was. I always enjoyed his sense of humor and ways. I was so happy to have the chance to be in contact with him after we worked together up in lovely Elizabeth. His friendship meant and your friendship means so very much to me that I want to be there for whatever you need now. May God bless you always and in all ways. With my heartfelt sympathies to you and the family.
