Not sure what to say?

Jack,
Your stories and your memory will live on in our hearts forever. We will never forget what a wonderful friend you were to us. You'd give the shirt off your back. You'd help a friend or stanger if they needed it. You were always there for us, and we will never forget you. Thanks for being such a great friend. You are a one-of-a-kind. God broke the mold when he made you.

Rita, to you we are so happy you came into Jack's life. We had no idea what a strong and loving...

Rick and Joyce,
We were so sad to hear of the loss of your brother and friend after such a long battle with cancer. I know you are content that he is with his Lord even though there is sorrow for those of you left behind. May God bless and comfort your family in the days ahead.

Oh how we miss him already! How broken hearted we are that we could not get there in time to say goodbye. Jack was a exceptional man. He found goodness in everyone. He brought happiness to each person he touched in his life. We are so lucky to have called him friend. We know that he now strolls at leisure with God in the sunlit fields of heaven.
And this brings us comfort. Dearest Rita and family, our thoughts are with you at your time of loss.

Jack's life brings to mind the following Bible verse: "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." (2 Timothy 4:7) Rita, Jack's wife, supported Jack with great dedication so that he was successfully able to fight the good fight to the end. Love & blessings, Mark & Kem Sommer

I always considered Jack a true friend. Even though I didn't keep in touch with him like I would have liked, I believe if I had needed him he would have been there for me. Thanks Jack.

We are both happy to have seen Jack and Rita on their most recent trip to Indiana. Jack was still a fighter to the end, but was ready to go home when the Lord called.
