Not sure what to say?

Dr. Gilliland, thank you. Thank you for kind smile and a hello, when passing in the hallways. An honor to of known you.

You touched our lives with kindness and leadership. I started in Pediatrics in 1990, and you were always generous with your warmth and guidance. I’ll never forget the birthday hugs and your wonderful spirit that brightened our days.

We worked together for many years, and your dedication as a doctor and mentor will be remembered always. Rest in peace, Dr. G you will be missed and forever a cherished part of our Pediatric Department.

I worked withDr. Gilliland at Kaiser and sought his counsel as a friend. He was a wise, caring, and talented physician and I and my family have great respect for him. May he be at peace with the Lord.

I met Dr Jack and his dear wife Jackie at one of Tom and Sandy Stokes fabulous Fourth of July parties about 30 years ago. Dr Jack and Jackie always had the best adventure stories. He will be missed along with his intelligent insight and quick wit . Renne Devine and Jeremy Sehorn

Dr. Gilliland, a great leader, caring and compassionate physician, loved by many as a great friend. It was an honor and a privilege to have worked daily at his side. Cherished memories remain.

Dr. Jack Gilliland was such a pleasure to work with while I was in Kaiser Permanente with him. We clicked in my interview with him and loved working together creatively to bring that medical facility together. He built a great team with his positive attitude, vision and energy. He will be missed. Well done, Jack! I´m proud to have known you, sir.

Dr. Jack was not only a sharp and thoughtful clinician, but an all-around great human who has the best sense of humor. He was like family to the Costa side and well loved by our entire family.

A great doctor and a true friend when our son was born.

We will miss a great colleague, mentor, leader who cared for every patient and colleagues. His wisdom, visionary leadership made Central Valley- what it is after 40 years. May his soul find the eternal peace. Daksha & Vipul.
