Read MoreFifty years ago, Dr Goodwin saved my life. At that time I never thought I would live this long. I could not work and had no money to pay him. He said he did not become a doctor to make money but to help patients, and never to worry about paying him. He was so much more than a doctor,and there is no way I could ever pay him all that I owe him, which is my life. He will never be forgotten.

Jack was a truly special man and I will miss him dearly. My mom worked for him for 25 years and they became
special friends. Jack was like a second father and grandfather, to our family. I have so many special memories. He taught me to ride a horse when I was 9, and over the years we became great friends.
