Not sure what to say?

In the mid 1990's I had the pleasure to meet and work closely with Jack in New York on two of his compositions. I will always remember him for his wisdom and his warm kindness to me. He was a great inspiration and his music will last on into future generations.

In 1959, I was on tour with the NY Philharmonic as an assistant to the impresario who managed
the tour. We met in Moscow and after all these
years, I never forgot the charming and
very bright young man. Last year I sent him
an email reminiscing about the tour and he
graciously answered. I was deeply sorry to hear
about his death. I never met him after the tour,
but am glad I have the memory of a very
vibrant young man. Lea Weinberg, Wynnewood Pa.
