Not sure what to say?

I was fortunate to have Mr. Granger for four years of Spanish. He had a great love for the language and the culture. He always did his best to widen our view of the world and make sure we could speak the language the way it should be spoken. I am grateful to have had such a wonderful teacher. Vaya con Dios Senor.

I taught with Jack at Hanover Central for many years. He was a good and kind man. He was a great and dedicated teacher. May he rest in peace.

Senor Granger affected me in ways that neither he nor I could realize until I was much older. In high school I struggled; my life at home was less than ideal. I was at odds with who I wanted to become and what my circumstances were. Senor Granger was one of the few teachers who realized this and, without ever saying it, he encouraged me to grow, to challenge my own boundaries, and to believe that I was capable of more than just surviving.

My condolences to his family and friends.

Mr. Granger was my Spanish teacher for two years in the late 1970´s. He was a very good teacher. Rest in peace Mr. Granger

Mr. Granger was a great teacher and man! I took his class 3,years and traveled with the school to Mexico. After graduating he told me to call him Jack, but I couldn´t. He was so respected by his students and colleges it didn´t seem right. Rest in peace Mr. Granger and thanks for being a great teacher!

Mr. Granger was my high school Spanish teacher for 3 years. He was an excellent teacher and certainly one of my favorites in school.

In loving memory of a great teacher who had a positive impact on many of his students, well beyond the subject matter. We will love you and miss you always.

Proud to say I was a fellow staff member with Jack...he was an excellent teacher..may he rest in peace!! Sincerely Mike Shuler
