Remembering Jack as a wonderful friend and colleague. I miss him. Craig Monson

Dear Green Family, I am so sorry for your loss. Bishop Green is someone I will always remember. As a teen-ager he was a great Bishop to me. I will never forget meeting in the basement of your home in Sterling, Va for early morning seminary. I hope you find peace and comfort during this time. Love, Elizabeth Nethery Alldridge

Carolee, We just found out about Jacks passing and want you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time for peace and comfort. May you feel our Saviors arms around you at this difficult time.
Love ~ Cami, Kevin and Christopher

Dear Carolee:
We are so sorry for your loss, and that of your family.

You and your sweet husband have been in our prayers continually.

The few times that I had to communicate with Jack were choice. He was such a sincere genuine son of God. You could just feel his good spirit.

You and your family remain in our prayers.

Your servant in the...

Dear Carolee and Family--My wife, Kathy, and I were blessed to attend Jack's funeral today. It was wonderful getting to know him even better. As a bishop who served under Jack, I have a special love for him. He shared all of my burdens as a bishop and gave me guidance and counsel. He was such a great example in optimism, cheerfulness, and perseverance. As I watched how he handled his illness, he continued to teach by example. May you all be comforted at this time of sorrow for the loss...

Jack was a great man and everyone knew it but him. He was very humble.

I will always remember the Green call when we all went on family hikes as kids. Emily Green-Cottam

Jack's memory will live on with all who had the pleasure to get to know him. He was a wonderful advisor, mentor and friend who willing gave time to teach others the many valuable lessons he learned in his lifetime of public service. I am very blessed to have learned from such a wonderful example of humble leadership. My thoughts and prayers are with his beautiful wife, children and grandchildren that he often spoke of with love and pride. May you all find comfort at this...

I worked with Jack and went on several rock hounding trips. Jack loved learning new things, exploring the world and helping other people. I will miss my good friend.
