Jack Hartung

We were so fortunate to live next door to Jack and Renie Hartung for so many years. They were wonderful neighbors and we stayed connected after they moved to The Springs in Milwaukie. We enjoyed visits with them at The Springs and after Renie´s passing we went out for lunch with Jack. He was always great to visit with and he was up-to-date on current events. After he moved to Minnesota our communication moved to cards and phone calls where he would share his latest gatherings with his family....

Dearest cousins and family, You are in my heart and on my mind. Uncle Jack was truly the best uncle a niece could ask for. He embodied loving kindness, always served with a generous helping of humor. His life was well lived, and his spirit will be deeply missed. Rest in peace, Uncle Jack.

Thinking of you, Rick and Toni, Steph, Kirk, and Merrily in this time of great loss. He was a remarkable man and must have felt the great love you all shed on him. God's grace and peace go with you all as you learn to live in this world without him.
