Our family attended Good Shepherd Church in Cornwall along with the Haworth family. Jack and Pat were fixtures in our Christian community. Their commitment and involvement meant they were role models for my sister and I. Jack always had a warm smile and soft spoken word for me. Dear Auntie Pat, Chris, Tony and Hilary,
Please accept my deepest condolences on your loss. Uncle Jack was such a considerate and caring man, and I always loved his inquisitive mind, engaging smile and endearingly droll sense of humour.
