Jack Hughes

Dr. Hughes was my urologist, when I was a child and perform surgery on me.My mother, Betty Mitchell, was his nurse when he had his practice on Broad St. I work at the Forest At Duke, and to my surprise and his, we got to see each other again, and catch up. I enjoyed listening to his stories of the past. He told me that his greatest joy was spending time with his family. I'm so glad I got to see him again. My Prayers are going up for the family.

I worked with Dr. Hughes for 20 yrs @ Watts/Durham Co. General Hospital. He was a fine gentleman and good doctor. I always enjoyed his pleasantness and nice smile. Rest in Peace my friend.
