Not sure what to say?

Several years have gone by since Jack passed. Non the less I still find him occasionally in my dreams. When you think of a true friend that is the way it is. It was our good fortune to be in the same place at the same time as Jack. Howard Lambka, Bedford, Virginia

Thinking of you, Grandpa...I like re-reading Uncle Fred's eulogy from time to time. We miss you.

Read about Jack in the Kings Pointer.....condolences to the family.....knew him only briefly during my plebe year......his advice was invaluable as I was also from Lorain Ohio....Peter F Suleski (KP60)...Eagan MN

I was just made aware of Mr. Hunger's passing and my deepest sympathies go out to his family, particularly to his devoted wife, Helene. Their love of family was a value that shined through. Growing-up, I will always remember how much fun it was to go to their house starting when I was a Brownie! Mr. & Mrs. Hunger built a beautiful legacy of love, friendship, and most of all a love of family.

Helene and family, I just learned about the loss of Jack. Our sincere condolences. Jack was a special person to me. Always was proud to say Jack was the captain of our ship, our leader, and my boss. RIP Jack.

Helene and Family, with sadness I just learned about the loss of Jack. My sincere condolences go out to you and your family.
I owe Jack a great debt of gratitude for the many opportunities and guidance he provided. My life was changed forever for knowing him.
I will never forget our business trips together and seeing first hand the art of of his well-written letter unfold. No matter the difficulty of the subject Jack always showed grace and respect for people....

Please accept our deepest sympathy and love from the De Lano Family..... You were great friends to our parents, Elaine and Warren De Lano. Peace be with you, Cynthia De Lano Kennard

I had the pleasure of meeting Jack a few years ago. I remember his beautiful blue eyes and his smile. Even though he could not speak, I felt comfort in his presence. His brother Fred and my sister Kate always had the most respect and admiration for him. My sincere condolences go out to the Hunger family. Kenny Greer

Helene, our deepest condolences to you and family, Jack was a wonderful person ,a major factor in my career. Will always miss his special stories which always had a teaching lesson.
