Jennifer and Jason,
My heart goes out to you in empathy. I do not know what it is like to lose a husband at a "young" age, but my mother does. But, I do know what it is like to lose a father so suddenly. My only prayer is that Father God wraps his loving arms around the both of you and gives you the strength to heal and do what you need to do to live your lives without a husband and father. God is good and if you let Him, He will carry you through this. Not only will He carry you,...

I am a very old friend of Jacks. I grew up with him in Groton. I haven't seen him in many years, although when I did run into him he had that wonderful smile that told you he was happy to see you. Many fond memoires of hanging out in the grocery store parking lot with all of his friends. He taught me how to dirve stick shift. He was so patient. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time!

Jennifer and Jason,
I was so stunned by the news of Jack's passing. I saw him almost every day for the past 16 years, and if his huge smile is a loss to all of us, I can only imagine how great the loss is for you. Hold on to each other, and know the community has you in its thoughts and prayers. I have you in mine.

Jennifer & Jason,
I was very sorry to learn of Jack's passing, and extend my deepest sympathy to his family and friends. Jack was a very warm, caring person and spoke often, with great pride, of his son and family. I will always remember him having a big smile on his face and scratching those tickets. He will be greatly missed by those who were privileged to know him.
God Bless you both.
