Jack LaBelle

I miss Jack's annual phone calls to me at Ford's Government Sales Department. Jack would call me at least once a year. We would talk about family and business, and just knowing he cared enough to call meant so much to me.

I have always had the greatest respect for Jack. His calm and savvy leadership on the County Commission were legendary. I most appreciate his support of my late mother, Norma Popek, by helping to appoint her to the County Planning Commission, where she served the community for many years. I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Jack. Paul Beal from Jack's Ford days contacted me. Jack built the Government Sales Department at Ford that turned it into what it is today. His legacy as the Government Sales Manager lives on at Ford Motor Company. Jack would call after he retired to catch-up on family and to see how the Ford government business was doing. I will miss him.
