Not sure what to say?

Jack was my accounting teacher in high school at Lincoln high in Seattle. He was an inspiration to me and changed the course of my life. He showed confidence in me to be an accountant and I did exactly that because of his encouragement and teaching. I became successful as a corporation accountant and wish I could thank him. He was wise and caring..such a wonderful blessed man.

Jack was my typing teacher at Lincoln High School in Seattle. When I got an appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy in 1978, he visited my home and spoke to my parents about his experiences in the Navy during WWII. I'll always remember Jack as a Godly and caring man.

I so Admired Jack, Silvia over
Some years as a friend & Son in Law .

The Anderson sisters--Debbie Koenig, Bonnie Haidle and Becky Kenny

I remember Jack from church and from Lincoln High School. I was in his typing class and I was also on the yearbook staff. I remember he used to run in place while standing at his typewriter stand! His wife, Sylvia, was a lovely lady and his daughter Chris was in Sunday school and youth group with me. My mother taught Home Ec at Foster High School and her yearbooks from those days have pictures of a handsome football hero, Jack Lattin!

My sympathy to Chris and Kay in your loss.

Professor Lattin was my Accounting teacher at Seattle Pacific in 1980. I wasn't the greatest student but he took the time to help me, even had lunch with me a few times just as an encouragement for me. I thank the Lord for him.

Mr Lattin was my favorite teacher in high school, because of the yearbook. Creating it was a big job every year, and he taught it well.
Mr. Lattin took the annual staff to Sun Valley and provided some of my best memories. Thank you Mr Lattin for your dedication to the kids and always setting the bar high. You will be remembered.
Marge Luker (Cobb) class of 1973

Jack Lattin was my Accounting Professor at Seattle Pacific University in 1981. He provided me with much needed help in his Accounting class and even matched me up with a tutor so that I would do well in his class. I graduated with honors from SPU, and he is a big reason why I earned my degree. Rest in Peace, Jack Lattin. - Larry "Tall Guy" Olson - SPU Class of '84.

Mr. Lattin was my advisor as editor of the 1963 Lincoln High School yearbook. He was a great teacher but also took a personal interest in his students. I remember a snow trip to the mountains , in his truck, with the editorial staff and returned to his house to meet his wife and enjoy treats she had prepared for us.

Many years later I had the opportunity to greet him with my children in Belfair, Wa. Since then , I've always looked for him when I'm in Belfair.

Mr. Lattin was my accounting teacher in high school; I remember the many trips to his cabin on Hoods Canal and how much he truly loved what he did. He is one of the teachers that I have always remember - Karen Kimber Westling
