As pre-teen I watched Jackie play basketball for the Bearcats and looked up to him for his competitive spirit and sportsmanship. Later as a young adult I was thrilled when he included me in pick-up games at the Y. He was worthy of all the admiring things said about him.

I worked with Jackie on the founding board of Hospice and Community Care. Later he was my lawyer when I unfortunately had to sue over a medical mishap. He was always warm, friendly, and honorable. I value my experiences with very much. My prayers and sympathy to his family.
