I can't say how much I am going to miss Jack. I have known him for 27 years, and I have always respected his ability in an airplane and his personna as a gentleman. I enjoyed stopping by Deer Horn aviation and visiting with Jack on a regular basis. It was a highlight for me to get to do that. I will miss Jack greatly. He always referred to me as "Silent John". I will miss him calling me that. I hope to see you again someday Jack. GOD bless.

I was truly saddened to hear of Jack's passing. He was a true aviator and admired greatly by many of his fellow pilots. What a loss. It has been a pleasure being acquainted with Jack. Sorry that I will be unable to attend his memorial.

I was shocked and saddened to hear about Jacks passing. LeBus will be truly missed at the airport, at the golf course and by all his many friends everywhere.
