Not sure what to say?

When I was a student at Reynolds I remember how he treated every student as a thinking adult. He was never a push-over and he was never a sacastic fool. Unlike many athletic teachers and shop teachers dealing at the time only with male students he was never a control freak. He set boundaries for his students and they know enough to respect him and not cross them. I am still unhappy that I couldn't take shop from him. The guys did great things because he let them have-at-it. One student even...

Dear Carol,
I'm so very sorry for your loss. When working with you many years ago, I enjoyed hearing the stories of Jack and your children. You and Jack were blessed to have such a wonderful life and family together.
Take care,
Peggy McNew Redmond Maas

So sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Lloyd. He was a great guy and fondly remembered. I am an alumni Reynolds High School class of 1972.

Dear Carol and family, I was so sad to read about Jack. I remember when we all used to go to the river in the summer time at Rufus. I am Don and Edna Macnab's oldest Jeanne. I let Arlene know about it also so she could tell her family. You are all in my prayers.

Just read the paper and saw Jack went to the greatest basketball court of all. So fondly remember our days together in Rufus when all of us were young. Thank God for memories because they come flooding back when we need them. Sending love and thoughts to you Carol and of course the whole family who will miss him most of all. It still doesn't seem possible it was a lifetime ago because I can see the guys headed up the hill to the wheat fields to hunt birds (once was enough?) It all goes fast...

Everybody remembers those great end of the year lunches.

Jack was a great neighbor and friend when we lived on the Mountain.

Jack was a great man. I enjoyed my time at Reynolds when he was there. I remeber the year end gatherings when he cooked for the staff. Best wishes to you all.
