I MET JACK MANY YEARS AGO WHEN HE WAS ON THE STAFF WITH DR.DWIGHT HARKEN AT THE BRIGHAM AND WOMEN'S HOSPITAL (PETER BENT BRIGHAM HOSPITAL, AT THAT TIME). MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY TO HIS FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
