Jack McGee

I handled Jack's business insurance for several years. He was a wonderful, kind man. Many sympathies.

Jack was a "Southern Gentleman." He was such an influence in my life. Jay and I cherished his friendship. Our thoughts are with his family.

Our prayers are with you Shiley and family at this time. What a wonderful memory you have of a husband and father who served man kind so greatly. He was light and joy to all who knew him. All our Love, cousin Imogene Carlburg

We found out a few years ago a connection between Jack and my Dad, Bob Tapley. They both grew up in Wetumka. It made us realize the world really is small and now it's even smaller without Jack. Our prayers go out to Shirley and family. God's speed Jack.

JAck was a guiding inspiriation for United Methodist Men in the North Texas Conference. I shall not easily forget his kindness.

I worked at the DQ for Jack my sophomore year when my dad was the Wetumka football coach. He was a wonderful man and I have many wonderful memories of him and Shirley. My prayers are with all of you.

Jack McGee taught me to water-ski at Wetumka Lake when I was a boy of 11 or 12, with infinite patience and easy, happy encouragement. He employed me as a junior and senior in high school at his Dairy Queen, always treating me respectfully and honorably. Well done, Jack McGee, a life well lived. Sincere condolences to his life-long soul-mate Shirley, and to their sons and grandchildren. This fine man made growing up in Wetumka such a special experience. He is remembered with great respect and more gratitude than can be expressed with words. He and his beautiful wife and sons certainly made my world a much better place.
