I am truly saddened to read of Jack's passing. many years ago, I had a small breakfast and lunch spot at the Medical Center on Saybrook Rd in Middletown. The complex was part of Jack's route. Jack would pre-pay for his weeks' worth of breakfast sandwiches to be able to grab on the fly. After reading his obituary I now understand his "running" in to grab the sandwich...always running! But even in those quick visits I got to know a very nice man with an infectious smile and always looked...
