I would always think of Bill on Halloween, wondering how he was scaring the neighborhood kids & on Christmas, how he thrilled all the same children dressed as Santa. He had a wonderful sense of humor & was a practical joker through and through. This is a characteristic he certainly passed on to Paige. His love for life still runs deeply through her!
Rest assured that Bill is watching over us all. Of course, the Bill I remember is probably testing out new practical jokes in heaven.
