Jack Lee Mills Sr.

In my memory Jack was truly a man for all seasons and a devoted family man!

My sincere sympathy go out to his family. The Mills were always close to my extended family. Shelly, Linda, Patty and Sketter were small children and we watched them grow up to be responsible adults. Sally was my sidekick, lots of laughs. JoAnne was a special lady as well, treasured the moments spent with both of them.

My own memories of Jack are of a rock solid family man who always placed his family before other worldly things . The words from John Donne's epic poem seem apropos "...Of thine friends were, Each man's death diminishes me For I am involved in mankind. Therefore send not to know For whom the bell tolls, It tolls for thee." Rest in peace Jack.

What do you say to a true gentleman other than, thank you? One of the most generous, kind and giving man that our family had the pleasure to share a lasting friendship with. Rest well our friend, neighbors always!
