Jack MOORE Obituary

MOORE, Jack K., Jr. 84, died peacefully February 24, 2018. He was born in Oklahoma, June 15, 1933, moved to Tucson and graduated from the U of A. He served as a 1st Lt. in the US Army Intelligence and he had a long and successful career in Real Estate and developed Skyline Country Club. He is survived by his wife, Elisa Moore; son, Alan Moore; and daughters, Cathy Puccetti and Stacey Sohner; seven grandchildren; stepsons, Michael Vingelli, John Vingelli; sisters, Evelyn Whitney and Mary Little. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at St. Alban's Episcopal Church, 3738 Old Sabino Canyon Rd. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Jack's name at act.alz.org

Arrived in Tucson, in 1962 with a wife, two small children and no job. Jack took a chance and hired me to help him in the development of Skyline Country Club Estates. I was his "outside" man. He was an extremely kindhearted man and a marvelous person for whom to work. I have always been grateful to him and remain so to this day.

I do not know Jack's family, but I offer them my heartfelt condolences and prayers. He is a great loss.
