Not sure what to say?

Jack lives on in our hearts and memories. After retirement, we happened to meet in the parking lot at a health clinic. We chatted about our activities and he encouraged me to add lilies to my garden. Soon afterward, I received an anonymous package: a wonderful children's book by an author I didn't recognize. After much research, I discovered it was written by Jack -- the smart-but-humble, Jack-of-many-trades. I loved the detective story, and my garden lilies always remind me of him.

Jack had a wonderful flute-like chuckle laugh that was always cloaked in a grin. I enjoyed visiting with Jack and you, Diane. I would have liked teaching with Jack. From the messages others have left, he appeared to have made the workplace a happier one for his comrades and a delightful place to learn for his students.
My condolences to you, Diane for your loss.

Who was Jack Morgan? This poem (written at his retirement) expresses how I experienced working with him as a fellow teacher for 17 years. I am saddened at the passing of such a clever, kind person and feel fortunate to have known and worked with him. My condolences, Diane. You had a good man for many years!

Mr Morgan was my son,Todd's third grade teacher many years ago, and has always held a special place in Todd' memories. He was truly a teacher who loved his profession and encouraged every child to succeed at learning . He will always be remembered with love. Kay Wanke

Diane, my sincerest condolences. Jack was a wonderful man and will be missed by all who knew him. I will miss seeing him on your daily walks. Please let me know if there is anything you need. I will always remember him fondly. Larry Loomis

My thoughts and prayers are with you. Jack holds a special spot in my heart. I worked several years with Jack at the beginning of my career. He was always encouraging and helpful with a ready smile or chuckle. I thank him for 6th grade Guini Pig experience. Rock and Roll gave us the delight of a live birth one evening while we were waitinbg our turn to sing at the concert. I taught 28 years and have been retired for seven. I remember him fondly. Diane, So sorry for your loss. I worked at Silver Star with Jack for many years. The world is less bright without him in the world.
