Jack was an important part of my early years as a teacher at AHS. I especially enjoyed watching him compete on some great Indian hockey squads. My prayers are with his family.

I will always remember Jack for his heart of gold and the love he shared. He was such a loving husband and father and I know that will never be lost. Growing up Jack was like a dad to me and always made me laugh. I will always remember him dancing in the living room on cedar street and the roller blades he bought me in 5th grade. I will always keep him close to my heart. I love you so much Theresa and Jen and my heart goes out to Braleigh and Ty. Jack will be forever in our hearts.
