Jack Creighton Payne

During the college days of the late 40’s Jack and I were fraternity brothers and good friends at UT especially in our last couple of years there , and were in each others weddings as when he married Mary and I married Betsy. We often talked of going into business together during those college days. That did not happen, but we continued our friendship over the years, and were often together here in Houston, as well as in Wimberley and Dripping Springs. He will be sorely missed.
