Read MoreJack and were in the Army together at Ft Lewis. We shared a house with Bill Handy. We were surveying firng points at Yakima firing center wher he and Bill got orders for Vietnam. I looked for word of him for years. Today, 11/3/22 i find he has passed. RIP brother till Valhalla

I was reading a copy of the West Tech Tatler 02/16 and it mentioned Jack's passing. We were in the same homeroom at West Tech. He was a year older then me, and I remember him telling me the first thing I needed to do was throw out my schedule, just go to the classes I wanted and tell the teacher I was sent to that room.
I took his advice my second semester and from that point on I had lunch 6th period and study halls all afternoon allowing me to leave after 5th period.
