Jack and Barbara Price

Jack and Barbara, along with Barbara's daughter Susie, made it possible for me to have a long and fruitful career teaching at Vista High School, before I left to pursue a career in school administration elsewhere. Much later, when I ran a teacher education program at a small university, I again came into contact with Jack and Barbara and we were able to collaborate. They were wonderful people, and my life is forever enriched by them. My sincere condolences to the family.

Too many memories to select just one. Wonderful people to whom I owe a great, great deal. When a memorial service date is determined, I would like to be informed.

Beautiful gentle people, lovers who loved, Jack an Barbara were true members of the Community that comprises our Community Colleges. I am glad that I was able to know them. May all who knew and loved them recall their brilliant joy.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Barbara and Jack. I knew Barbara many years ago and worked with her in Career Education roles early in my career. My best wishes to the family.

I was saddened to hear this news but my heart was full when I found out they did this together. There was no stronger love than Jack and Barbara. My relationship with them began at Vista Unified where Barbara shaped my career of which I am truly grateful. After they left Vista my husband and I had many memories with them and their families. They will remain forever in our hearts.

I remember Barbara and Jack as my wonderful friends of 50 years, dedicated and professional educators, and a couple so very much in love. Rest in peace together forever.
