Jack was the very first person I met moving to Cedar Rapids in 1976 . . . turned out I not only got a great friend out of the deal but also a great dentist. Remember spending the Bicentennial 4th of July together that same year and doing several road trips to Missouri together the following couple years. Recent associations involved grabbing an occasional lunch and confronting technology together and my biggest regret not being able to spend some time recently with my buddy due to my own...
