My sincere condolences goes out to all of Dr. Reals family. I was one of his clinic Nurses for a number of years and enjoyed and learned so much from him. He was loved so much by his patients and he really cared so much about them. God bless you all.

As a drug rep in Dothan I called on Dr.Real for many years.He was always very kind to me.My dad knew Dr.Real when Dr.Real was a resident at UAB and my dad was a hospital rep with Abbott Labs.I am very sad to hear of Dr.Reals passing.
