Not sure what to say?

Met Dr. Rose at their local McDonald's once. He couldn't believe we graduated from Murray High School together, and asked if Murray State University was privileged to have me as their student. We drifted apart after he left me with this piece of advice, never lose faith. He would go on to forge Murray's place in the Jackson Purchase region.' Who then can keep Christ's love from them...

Dr. Jack Rose was one of the finest men I ever met. He was a true Christian gentleman with everything he did and was always ready with a comment or comeback. I knew him through the Church as well as Murray State and around town. I know he will be missed by so many, but there is no doubt that if anyone deserves a place in heaven, it is Dr. Jack Rose ❤

Doc, as we called him around the board office, was not only my boss but also a friend. He did so many things for the people of Calloway County. He will be missed.

Janice, We are so sorry about your loss of a great husband & wonderful father to Jon & Andy. I regret we can not be at the memorial. We truly love you and had much respect for Jack. May God grant you peace and wonderful memories. Prayers for you and your family. Love, Marjorie & Hayes Grady

Sorry to hear of the loss of Dr. Jack Rose. He will be missed.

Janice and family, Our deepest sympathy to your family for the loss of Jack. He was such an asset to our community. He was always ready to listen and help in any way he could. We will miss him.

Janice and family,
I have been saddened by Jack's passing and praying for your comfort in this difficult times. Jack, a friend to many, was also a leader in all aspects of education, community initiatives, and local decisions. He wore many "hats" and they suited him well. Anyone who followed in his footsteps had the proverbial "big shoes to fill". May you find comfort in his memories, in your faith and in your family and friends.

Family of Jack Rose: Please accept my sincere condolences. Dr. Rose was such a wonderful and kind man. He was so generous with his time and always willing to help out when called upon. He was a major contributor and true friend to the Kentucky Center for School Safety and those of us who work there. He will be sincerely missed.

Dave & Charleen Van Scoy
Old friends, good memories.
