Not sure what to say?

We would occasionally visit and talk about art and antiques. He showed me his collections and enthusiastically told me about them. I will miss those conversations. My sympathies to the family and friends.

What shocking news to hear about Jack's passing! Jack was such a vibrant spirit, who lit up a space from within. His smile captivated everyone! Jack was a friend of my late husband Duane, and he taught art to my son and stepson. Jack's sparkle will be missed.

So sorry and very surprised Jack´s gone. I was about to stop by and bring him some baskets for his collection. He was always upbeat and cheery. I loved his yard of sculptures, lilacs and irises! He was a true friend and will be missed! He transformed his little corner of the world making it lovelier for everyone.

I worked with Jack at Home Depot. He was the highlight of our days and kept thing really interesting. I loved working with him and hearing all of his stories! He was a great guy

He was my art teacher back in the late 80´s in Garden City. Loved him! He was the first person to use the phrase on me `Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Clause´ lol. What a teacher he was!! Very creative, nice and funny. RIP SIR. Virginia (Bosques) Bemis Class of `92

Thank you, Mr. Simpson for instilling a life-long love of art in me. I have all the paintings that I painted while enrolled in your Art Classes... including the one that took 1st place at State. The old Junior High may be gone, but fond memories of you forever remain. God bless you and your family. Paint a pretty picture up there! Class of '77 - Ness City, KS
