Jack H. Spitz, beloved husband of Doris M., nee Goetzelmann, Spitz; loving father of Michael (Carol) Spitz and Linda Hassenplug; loving grandfather of Karen and Daniel Hassenplug and Kevin Spitz; dear brother of Vivian Wetter and the late Nancy Karr. Mr. Spitz was a life member of the Park Ridge VFW. Visitation will be 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral Home, 330 W. Golf Road, Schaumburg. Services 10 a.m. Thursday.
