I could only wish i had known him better, but the few chances I had to visit with him was great, he seemed a good husband ,father and grandfather, and I know he will be missed. Be gratful for the time you had and the memories he left you. Shirley, an Idaho cousin.

Although I didn't know Jack until the last few years, I always admired him for his ability to cope with adversity, his "hidden" sense of humor and, of course, his dedication to his loving family. He touched the lives of many people and will be sorely missed by all.

I wish i could be there with you.Iam so sorry. Jack was a great guy. He will be missed. Love you all.

Sorry to hear about Jack's passing. I lived in Orleans and went to elementary school there and remember Jack and his brother Bill very well.

My memories of Jack are from the early 1960's. His love of cars, included a model A ford, a jeep and a hot rod with a cadillac engine that seemed to catch on fire occasionally. Jack was a good friend to all us younger teens who hung out with him. His passing leaves an unfillable void.
