Not sure what to say?

Jack, you are at peace in heaven but we still miss you.

Jack was a great guy a good friend, I did a lot of work with Jack in aging services, a kind gentle good man.

Jack , it's hard to believe that you left us 7 years ago. Your memory lives on. Believe it or not EVERY time I see a Land Rover I think of you. I think of your steadfast devotion to improving services to older Pennsylvanians and your championing the PA APPRISE Program.

I find it so hard to believe that Jack is even gone let alone 7 years. His influence on so much in Pa made a great difference in so many people's lives. He truly was a great mentor and leader. God bless Jack May you forever rest in the loving hands of God.

I was shocked and saddened to just learn of Jack's passing the other day. Jack and I worked together many years ago and were good friends. He had a great sense of humor and a kind and loving heart. He was such a devoted husband to Joyce and it is unbelievable that the same dreaded disease cut both of their lives way too short. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and I trust we will meet again one day in Heaven - God Bless.

My condolenses to the family and friends of Jack. I worked with him over the years and enjoyed my interaction with him. He will be missed by all. My thoughts and prayers go out to you.

Sincerely,

Mike Smith

Those of us in Centre County APPRISE were so sorry to learn of Jack's passing. He was a champion for older people and so knowledgeable about the complexities of insurance. He was always supportive of our staff and volunteer counselors. We send our prayers and condolences to the family.

Carol, Tom, Libby & J.B.: My sincerest condolences to you and your families on the loss of a very warm, gentle, & loving person. Jack and I worked together for over thirty years through the Office of Drug & Alcohol Programs, the Department of Aging, and was honored to call him my friend. Jack shall forever hold a very special place in my heart and will be greatly missed. I trust the love of family and the support of friends will comfort each of you during this most difficult time. You are...

Anyone who knew Jack, came to know his gentle spirit and heart of gold. Jack was a peaceful and kind colleague whom I enjoyed immensely. We will certainly miss him greatly.
