Jack De Vos

Jack passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2016. Jack was a resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan at the time of his passing. He was graduating from Christian High and Calvin College. He was married to Rosemary. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday May 11 at LaGrave Avenue CRC 107 La Grave Ave SE Grand Rapids MI 49503.
