My sincere condolences to a great man, I've so many art pieces plus an original he did from a photo.
I always liked to hear him tell about how horses are it was a key to his artwork - he loved the horse. Always smiling he is in my home I see him in ever room. Thank you mi amigo!

My wife Laurie and I had the pleasure of meeting Jack years ago at the PRCA headquarters in Colorado. We saw him every year after that at Cheyenne Frontier Days. What a true gentleman and great western artist. Alice we are with you in thought and prayer. Laurie and Tony Gaston.

I have been a fan and collector of Jack's work for a long time. He will be thought of every day because his art is displayed all around my house. So sorry to hear about his passing.

Rest in peace, my friend. I met Jack in May 1986 at the Cowboy Artists of America Museum in Kerrville, TX, 33 years ago next month. As we were checking into a hotel we struck up a conversation. I had heard of him and thought maybe he was had something to do with teaching a seminar, but we were taking the same one under James Boren.
