The Eloquent Light, Jack and class, de Young Museum 1963
Jack was my San Francisco State College photography instructor from 1963 through 1964 and a neighborer in 1968. As a teacher he was inspirational and as a friend he was warm, responsive and his humor was a bit quirky. Partially due to my contact with Jack, I have pursued photography as one of my art forms.

For Jack...I hope you are finding the great darkroom in the sky to your liking, and that all the paper and chemicals that we loved are in full supply. May heaven be full of nude models. You had a great ride and your legacy lives on.
