I was a patient of Jack's 6 years ago. I was going to have a gastric bypass and needed to see a dr. 3 times before the surgery, well I saw him for 3 years. I had the pleasure of going to his home and spending time with Jack, he made such a difference in my life. He got me through the surgery and weight loss, and also through his friendship changed my life.

I have never forgotten Jack nor will I ever, he was an amazing person.

My condolences to the Werboff family.

I met Jack many years ago when he headed up the Employee Assistance Program at the Phoenix. I, too, found great beneit in chatting with him on several occasions over the years.

I don't think I've every met anyone who possessed Jack's degree of intelligence, humor and empathy. He was truly "one of a kind".

My condolences to the Werboff clan.

Rest in peace, dear Jack.

Kay Diamond, Wethersfield

I have some really nice memories of Mr. Werboff from many years ago. He was a gracious host at his home on Bolton Lake when I would visit him with Susan. I remember having lobster (all we could eat!) and enjoying the peaceful setting on the lake. I always thought he was a well grounded individual, intelligent, and truly a nice person. My condolences to everyone.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May God and your memories bring you comfort.
