Hello Bob, its David Scarcia from back in the day , I am very sorry to hear of your loss. I also lost my father this past Dec.3. Its hard at times if you need somebody to talk to feel free to give me a call 909-450-4097.once again sorry to hear of your loss ,take care.

Dear Bill -

Bill Stead told me about Jack's passing and I wanted to send this brief note to you. I have fond memories of the Cunnison Boys, the Worden kids and the Doveys - all neighbors on Garfield Avenue.

I'm sure that all of our lives have changed since the hot days and the busy sprinkler hose trying to cool us down!

I am now 86 - feeling pretty good and living alone in an Assisted Living facility in Bellevue, WA. I am the only survivor of our greater clan. I lost Jean...

My Dear Friend Jack, You will always be in my heart and I will always miss you...

I will never forget you Jack. You were my good friend as well as my boss. I will never forget your kindness to my son and myself and all the good times we had, going to the fair, the auto museum, that Christmas my cousin and i went to your favorite bar and celebrated..many more memories that I will always cherish. You were the absolute most selfless person I've ever had the privilege of knowing, always doing for others without asking or expecting anything in return, whether they were a friend...

To Jack's family & friends,

Just learned of the passing of dear Dr. Jack Worden. He was our neighbor for many years and our optometrist as well. What a wonderful person! Such a great sense of humor, and a strong sense of fair play. The world has lost a great soul.

Sending thoughts of peace and strength to you all.

Rest in our LORD's hand, til, we meet again....

So many great memories from the Pomona Jaycees to Pomona Rotary. We had some great times. Thanks for the memories Jack.

Holding your hands during this difficult time. Dr. Jack was awesome...always smiling, always gracious and kind.
My family sends their prayers for strength during this time. I lost both my parents in 2012...it is still very tough.
Stay strong.
May God Bless
