Mr. Brasher was born on February 4, 1952 and passed away on Friday, September 4, 2015. Mr. Brasher was a resident of Madisonville, Tennessee at the time of his passing. He was preceded in death by his wife Peggy. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday September 8 2015 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Grapevine Cemetery.Visitation will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
